Our FOUNDER
Sanskar Coaching was created out of my passion to instill belief and confidence in people and support them to thrive and succeed.
Throughout my 25+ years career, I led global teams to deliver impactful projects with operational excellence in the clinical research and medical diagnostics sectors. I had the privilege of working with the world’s pioneering and leading experts dedicated to improving patient lives. As a leader, I was known for being able to stay calm under pressure, having genuine care for people and being able to translate the most complex information into the simplest language. My ability to coach, empower and inspire people to engage effort, persevere and innovate in times of challenge is what led me to succeed in transforming companies to grow and scale.
Being kind and empathetic, fair, and equitable, having humility and optimism, is at the heart of who I am. I have a growth mindset and see the unique strengths and positive qualities in people. As an established leader and Accredited Executive Coach, I believe in my purpose to coach leaders to reach their true potential and make an impact.

MY APPROACH
The foundation of my personal coaching approach is built on the belief that all human beings are equal and have infinite human potential. I value empathy, trust, and respect in every human interaction. I approach every coaching conversation consciously, to make the experience feel positive and engaging.
I believe that a human being can feel at their best when they feel equal, trusted, respected and free from judgement so these values drive how I approach the coaching conversation.
The Sanskar Coaching Approach is designed to deepen your self-awareness by understanding the aspects of how your mind, body and energy relate to one another to create your personal reality to be able to make positive, sustainable change. The coaching process involves using different theories, models, and techniques (from researching cognitive science involving a combination of studying psychology, psychotherapy, behavioural science and neuroscience). Together with my own leadership experience, I provide a customised coaching experience, designed to support you on your leadership journey.

As an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, I share their purpose to inspire and champion coaching excellence to make a sustainable difference to individuals, organisations and society.
WHAT IS SANSKAR?
Sanskars (derived from the Sanskrit language), are mental impressions formed in the mind and the process by which positive qualities are developed and enhanced in a human being.
The foundations to life for every human being is made up of the inner world (the mind, the body, the flow of energy) and the external world. Sanskars play a vital role in balancing all these aspects together so that a human being can become strong from within and grow exponentially without any fear or judgement to discover their true and infinite potential.
